INDIVIDUALISED TRAINING & REHABILITATION
1-on-1 High Performance Coaching and Return to Play Rehabilitation
Some athletes come to us wanting to get stronger, faster and more powerful for the season ahead. Others come to us after an injury, wanting to get back on the field, court or track safely. Many are somewhere in between. Whatever describes you, our one-on-one programs are built around your sport, your goals and your body.
We work closely with athletes, physiotherapists and medical specialists, and use regular VALD testing, so decisions about your training are based on real data.

High performance coaching
Athletes of all levels, aged 10 and up, who want structured, individual strength and conditioning, from juniors building good foundations to senior, representative and semi-elite athletes preparing for selection or a big season.
Strength
The foundation for almost everything else, taught with a big focus on technique.
Speed and running mechanics
Acceleration, top speed and running efficiently.
Injury-risk reduction
Finding and working on weaknesses and imbalances.
Power
Jumping, landing and explosive movement.
Agility and change of direction
Stopping, starting and cutting under control.
Your program is planned around your season, games and team training, so you're building at the right times and not overloading during busy weeks.
Return to play rehabilitation
Being stuck on the sideline is tough. A good return to play program isn't just about waiting for things to heal. It's about systematically rebuilding strength, power, speed and confidence, so you're ready for the real demands of your sport.
Injuries we commonly rehab:
ACL reconstructions, and ACL injuries managed without surgery
meniscus and other knee injuries
hamstring strains
ankle sprains and recurring ankle instability
shoulder injuries and dislocations
groin and hip injuries
tendon injuries, including patellar and Achilles.
How we progress your rehab
-
Working alongside your surgeon and physio to restore movement and basic strength.
-
Building the capacity of your muscles, tendons and joints, tracked with regular VALD testing.
-
Reintroducing running, jumping, landing and change of direction, step by step.
-
The movements and demands of your sport and position, then a gradual return to team training.
-
Ongoing strength and conditioning aimed at reducing your risk of re-injury.
How it works
Initial consult and assessment
60–90 mins: your sport, goals and injury history, followed by testing with data analysis, goal setting and program design.
Individualised training
One-on-one sessions where we coach your technique and progress your program.
Frequent re-assessments
Re-testing with data analysis, so you can see measurable progress.
Optional off-site sessions
Sport-specific training where you compete, such as at a running track.
Working with your medical team
Time since surgery is only one part of the return-to-sport decision. We combine VALD testing, movement assessments and how confident you feel, giving you, your family, your coach and your medical team clear information. Clearance to return should always be a team decision.
