Fees and Funding

If you have a chronic health condition, your GP may be able to set up a chronic condition management plan and refer you to us. This gives you access to a Medicare rebate on up to five allied health sessions per calendar year, shared across all allied health providers.

Medicare rebates are indexed each year. They can be processed on the spot, so you only pay the gap on the day. Bring your referral and Medicare card to your first appointment.

• Subsequent consult: $105, Medicare rebate $63.40, out-of-pocket $41.60

We support NDIS participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed. We're not a registered NDIS provider, so we can't see participants with NDIA-managed (agency-managed) plans.

Exercise physiology is usually funded under Capacity Building, most often through Improved Health and Wellbeing or Improved Daily Living. Our fees are charged in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Travel fees apply to home and community visits. We'll send you a simple service agreement before your first session.

Most extras policies include exercise physiology. Your rebate depends on your fund and level of cover. You can claim on the spot through HICAPS, so you only pay the difference on the day. Bring your health fund card.

We work with WorkCover Queensland, self-insured employers, CTP insurers and other third-party schemes. Approved sessions are billed directly to your insurer, and we'll confirm your approval before your first appointment.
