At Untapped Exercise Physiology, we use VALD ForceDecks and DynaMo technology to provide accurate, measurable performance and rehabilitation assessments. These tools help identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, allowing us to create highly personalised exercise and rehab programs.

Our 1-on-1 programs are designed for athletes seeking personalised, evidence-based training and rehabilitation. Whether you’re returning from injury, aiming to reach peak performance, or working on sport-specific goals, we create custom programs tailored to your needs.
We work closely with athletes, physiotherapists, and medical specialists to ensure every program is safe, data-driven, and results-focused. Frequent assessments allow us to track progress, adjust training, and help athletes return to sport confidently and safely.
How It Works:
Initial consultation and assessment (60–90 mins) with goal setting and program design
Individualised training programs that evolve with your progress
Frequent re-assessments with data analysis to measure improvements
Optional off-site sessions for sport-specific training

Tailored Online Training Programming
Our 12-week online programming is designed specifically for high performance or semi-elite athletes with 2+ years of training experience. This program is ideal for athletes who are motivated, experienced, and looking for extremely individualized coaching without face-to-face sessions.
Program Features:
Fully online, no in-person sessions included
Fortnightly check-ins via phone call to track progress and adjust programming
24/7 support via messaging for questions, advice, and motivation
Highly personalised training programs tailored to your goals and abilities
Lock-in 12-week contract, no refunds or session credits available
Pricing:
$50/week via direct debit or $500 upfront
